Lesleh Precision, Inc. obtains financing through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority

The Economic Growth Connection of Westmoreland (EGCW) announced that it has successfully assisted Lesleh Precision Incorporated (LPI), in obtaining financing through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) for the purchase of a 31,300 square foot building in the Rostraver Air Park, Rostraver Township. LPI began operations in 1999, in Washington County.

Jim Smith, President & CEO of the Economic Growth Connection, attributes the success of this project and many others, to the private-public partnerships EGCW has, like the partnership with PIDA. “We welcome LPI to Westmoreland County and look forward to the opportunities for growth and expansion of the company.”

“We certainly favor and are excited about this entrepreneurial opportunity. We welcome Lesleh Precision and look forward to a long and prosperous association for LPI in Westmoreland County.” said Commissioner Anderson.

LPI offers precision quality components, working with ferrous and non-ferrous materials. LPI has grown to 32 full-time employees. The expansion to the Rostraver facility will provide the much needed space for the continued growth of the business.

“I am pleased and proud to welcome Lesleh Precision to Westmoreland County. The company joins a growing list of businesses relocating and expanding in Westmoreland, in no small part to the continued fine work of our development partners at the Economic Growth Connection.” stated Commissioner Kopas.

Representative Harhai stated, “We welcome Lesleh Precision to Rostraver Township, Westmoreland County and to the 58th Legislative District. To relocate and bring 32 full-time jobs with plans for expansion is a welcoming situation for Westmoreland County.”

PIDA financing makes loans available for land and building acquisition or construction for industrial and manufacturing projects throughout the state.
